Can you really? Or the cardiac maladies have become synonymous with twenty first century? Well, looking at the large number of people succumbing to heart attacks and cardiac failures, we tend to think whether really it is possible to avert cardiac diseases? But the fact is, to the large extent, yes we can! Through certain lifestyle changes and inculcating certain rules regarding diet and exercise, we can avoid many cardiac ailments that seem to be affecting more and more younger population.
Also the stress seems to be one of the important factors. Once you know how to handle stressful situation without getting stressed, your half the battle is won. The cardiac muscles respond positively to exercise. Cardio exercises, yoga, and pranayama seem to play amazing role in actually reverting the initial cardiac maladies when done under the expert supervision.
Further, sleep is one of the major factors that can avert heart ailments if taken properly and timely. Eight hours of sleep at night literally reverses the wear and tear of cardiac muscles and other parts so that heart functions well. Also, one has to be aware of his regular health check ups. Especially once the person crosses forty years of age, he or she has to undergo certain tests including cholesterol every year to know in advance if there is any abnormality!
